Heard Sri Adesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashwini Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant, Sri R.M. Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.345 of 2024, under Sections 376(D), 504, 506 I.P.C., 3(2)5 SC/ST Act and Section 5g/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kithore, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Kulpreet Alias Shobhit has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 7.3.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.8197 of 2025. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
