Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 288 of 2024, U/S 65(1), 351(3) B.N.S., 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Janakpuri, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and had committed rape with her minor daughter on 26.10.2024. The informant had reached there and had seen them. The informant was told by the victim that she was, earlier on also, subjected to rape by the applicant on 19.10.2024.
