The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Complaint Case No.7682 of 2006, under Section 302 I.P.C. Police Station Nagina, District Bijnor during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in a complaint case on the basis of false allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Teekam Singh and after considering the entire facts in detail, co- accused Teekam Singh has already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 733 of 2025 and on facts, the case of the applicant is at par with the co-accused Teekam Singh. 4. He further submits that the applicant is not havin
