Heard Sri Anand Prakash Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.138 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 376, 377, 323, 504, 506, 328, 307, 511 I.P.C., Police Station- Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident.
