Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.138 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 376, 377, 323, 504, 506, 328, 307, 511 I.P.C., Police Station- Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident.
