Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.196 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376-D I.P.C. and 5G/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused person Ram Avatar is stated to have committed gang-rape with the daughter of the informant between 23.5.2024 and 24.5.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no medical corroboration of the incident
