Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2024, under Sections 452, 376 I.P.C., Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant, who was of unsound mind, on 23.04.2024 at about 1 a.m when the informant had gone out. The victim was found naked by the informant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by seven hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
