Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.526 of 2020, under Sections 376D, 363 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Budhana, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. During trial the informant has been examined as PW- 1, mother of the victim has been examined as PW-2, aunt of the victim (Bua) has been examined as PW-3 and the victim herself has been examined as PW-4. The two witnesses whose statement was covered by Section 6 of Indian Evidence Act have been examined as PW-5
