The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicants Mahboob and Yusuf with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 300 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Inchauli, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, one criminal case being Case Crime No. 173 of 2024, under Section 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Inchauli, District Meerut, in which applicants have been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court
