Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 402 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 5j(ii)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
