Heard Shri Najakat Ali, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagyavalk Pandey, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Naeem with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0297 of 2024, under Section 3 (1) Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Ajeemnagar, District Rampur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, one criminal case being Case Crime No. 182 of 2024, under Sections 305 (A), 317 (2) BNS and Section 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Ajeem Nagar, District Rampur, in which applicant has been enlarged on bail by court below, vide ord
