Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 375 of 2022, under Sections 392, 411, 376Gha, 307/34, 323, 504 of I.P.C. and Section 6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Husainganj, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Kunnu @ Abimanyu Singh, has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
