This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Anup Chaorsiya, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 635 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 274 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 63/65 of the Copy Right Act, Police Station -Tilahar, District -Shahjahanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number due to ulterior motive and is languishing in jail since 23.10.2024.
