The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Manoj, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Rohta, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, two criminal cases being Case Crime No. 93 of 2024, under Section 457, 380, 411 IPC, C.S. No. 92/24 and Case Crime No. 107 of 2024, under Sections 380/411 IPC, C.S. No. 95/24, P.S. Rohta, District Meerut, in which applicant has been enlarged
