This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Diwari, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, under Sections 109 (1) BNS and Section 2/25/27 Arms act, Police Station- Jahanganj, District- Farrukhabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.10.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Kaushar Ali @ Koshar, has already been enlarged on bail of by this Bench of this Court by order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Criminal M
