The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant Vikki @ Chandan Jaiswar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 374 of 2024, under Section 3 (1) Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 1, four criminal cases being Case Crime Nos. 265 of 2024, under Sections 392, 411, 414 IPC, Police Station Jalalpur, District Jaunpur, Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, under Sections 392, 411 IPC, Case Crime
