Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 241 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 304B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to be the husband of the deceased person and the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the applicant on 17.02.2024 as per Hindi rites. The applicant and other family members are stated to have subjected her to cruelty for demand of a motorcycle as dowry leading to her death on 03.05.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
