The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sahil, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 186 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Muzaffarnagar, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in 2 criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from two cases, the applicant has criminal history of 8 cases. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang.
