This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Raju, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 400 of 2024, under Sections 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Gulawathi, District- Bulandshahr. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that one tablet weitht 0.05 mg and according to first information report the one rapper in 60 tablet and total rapper recovered 25 means 0.05 mg x 60 x 25 = 75 mg, and 1 gram = 1000 mg and 75 mg =75/1000 gm., means 0.075 grm. is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant and the weight of the tablet below commercial quantity.
