The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Hazi D.C. @ Hazi Nadeem, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 332 of 2023, under Section 8/20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Rasulpur, District- Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 1.250 gram of Charas is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the co-accused, who disclosed the name of the applicant herein.
