The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1111 of 2023, under Sections 302, 307, 504, 506, 34 IPC and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 15.12.2023 at 23.05 hours against applicant, his brother and father and according to the FIR on 15.12.2023 at about 7.00 PM in the evening some dispute arose between co-accused Shamsher (brother of applicant) and informant side and subsequently due to that dispute co-accused Shamsher along with applicant and his father arrived at the house of the informant.
