Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amrendra Yadav, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Amit with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 983 of 2024, under Section 2 (b) (i)/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, three criminal case has been shown against the applicant, in which in two case, applicant has been enlarged on bail by court below, vide orders dated 02.03.2023 and 16.01.2024 and in Case Crime No. 733 of 2023, charge sheet No. 640 of 2023
