Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Santosh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, two criminal case has been shown against the applicant, in which applicant has been enlarged on bail by court below, vide order dated 2
