Heard Ms. Abhilasha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.372 of 2024, under Sections 64, 87, 127(4), 308(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Jalesar, District- Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that applicant had enticed away his daughter aged about 19 years on 10.9.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 15 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim seems to be a consenting party as she had taken away Rs.1.5 lakh from her house alongwith her as per her own statement. The vi
