Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.219 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Baniyather, District- Sambhal. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there is one case shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, copy of the the bail order is annexed as Annexure no.3, to the affidavit. It is specifically mentioned in paragraph 12 of the affidavit and 2 of the supplementary affidavit that apart from one case, applicant has criminal history of nine cases, in all these cases applicant has also been granted bail copi
