Heard Sri Anurag Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Kr Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 499 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sidhari, District Azmagarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the FIR is delayed by five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
