This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nitish, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 83 of 2024, under Section 377 IPC and Section 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Baghpat, District- Baghpat. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 04.02.2024.
