The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Tahseem, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 34/2024, under Sections 354/354A/452/328 IPC and section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Fatehganj, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial.
