Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.N. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0034 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 302, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Wazirganj, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR and as per FIR, co-accused Rajveer, Veeresh @ Bagesh, Rupendra and Baure @ Prempal made assault through wooden sticks and due to the assault made by them, father of the informant died but surprisingly when the statement of the informant was recorded then he also introduced the applicant as an accused. 4. He further submits, all the named co-accused have been released on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 22.08.2024, 25.04.2024 and 23.05.2
