FIR of the present case was lodged on 12.07.2024 against applicant and two others and according to the FIR, marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the co-accused Pintoo on 201.01.2024 and he alongwith applicant, who was his bhabhi and another accused, who was his father committed her murder. 5.
