Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 31.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.276 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) BNS and Section 5(j)(ii)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station-Chhatari, District-Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the fact that she has taken away Rs.16,000/- and ornaments from her house along with her. The victim has expressed her willingness to spend her life with the applicant. She by her looks seems to be major. Her age has come out to be 17 years, 3 months
