Heard Sri Satish Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 547 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS and Sections 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Handia, District - Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person are stated to have committed gang rape with the daughter of the informant aged about 14 years on 05.09.2024 at about 07:00 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as allege
