This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sri Nivas Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 307 of 2024, under Sections 317 (2), 318 (4), 319 (2), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2), 3 (5) BNS and 66D Information Technology Act, Police Station- Ali Nagar, District- Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.11.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Ajay Singh, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 24.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 45
