Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant today is taken on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 135 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 of BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act and Section 3(1)Da, 3(1)Dha, 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station Pahadi, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the informant and the victim have been examined as PW-1 and PW-2 respectively during trial and they have completely resiled from their e
