This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ram Ji, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 106 of 2024, under Sections 308 (5), 317 (2), 3 (5) BNS & Section 9 (1)A, 25 (2) Arms Act, Police Station- Mataundh, District- Banda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 05.08.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Sanjay Pal, has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 15.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
