Bail Applications at the instance of the respective applicants seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 173 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Noida Sector-20, District Gautam Buddh Nagar. The Case Crime Number aforesaid has been lodged on the basis of the allegations set out in three predicate FIRs giving rise to Case Crime No. 203 of 2023, Case Crime No. 248 of 2023 and Case Crime No. 255 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, 1860. The applicants were named in the FIRs and in the gang-chart prepared thereto. The bail applications have been filed on
