This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants Sanoj and Manoj, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 716 of 2024, under Sections 333, 191(2), 191(3), 109, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 308(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under sections 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station -Kasganj, District -Kasganj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 3.11.2024.
