Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.325 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Shahi, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the marriage of the victim was agreed to be solemnized with the applicant as per Muslim Rites and several pleasantries were exchanged between the parties. In the said function, about Rs.2 lakh was spent by the family members of the informant/victim. The applicant is stated to have raped her, but she kept silent as the marriage was to be solemnized between the parties.
