Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.374 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kiratpur, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim seems to be a consenting party as she had gone with the applicant to the Mandawar bus stand and has not raised any alarm whatsoever. The allegations of rape do not stand fortified by any medical evidence. There is no recovery of any indecent video or photographs of the victim. The victim is major aged about 18 years. 6. S
