Learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the informant have stated that the applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2025 and inadvertently they could not apprise the fact before this Court that the applicant had already been convicted in the instant case by the trial court concerned vide order dated 03.03.2023, as such, have prayed that the present bail application may be dismissed having been rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the statement so made, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous. 4. The earlier order dated 21.03.2025 passed by this Court shall be expunged from the records.
