Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.110 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Sarsawa, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and committed rape with his daughter, aged about 18 years, whereby the victim was rendered unconscious and after hearing her shrieks, the other family members reached there and the applicant ran away from the place of occurrence.
