Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Yagyavalk Pandey, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant D K under Section 439 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.100 of 2023, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Kaushambi, District Kaushambi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, nine criminal cases have been shown against the applicant, in which applicant has been enlarged on bail. 4. It is further submitted that the applicant is not a member or leader or organizer of a g
