The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Basant Kumar, under Section 439 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Jasrana, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the FIR it has been alleged that on the basis of prior information given by Mukhbir, the Police recovered 170.806 KG of Ganja from the vehicle bearing Registration No. UP-82-AT-7543. The said vehicle was being driven by one Sunil Kumar Yadav whereas the applicant was also sat on the other seat. From the said vehicle, 34 packets of alleged contraband was recovered. O
