Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 22.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in S.T. No.77 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No.159 of 2018, under Sections 363, 354A, 376 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Ahraura, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant was granted bail by the In-charge Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Mirzapur vide order dated 30.06.2018, under Sections 363, 354 I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act, but subsequently during trial additional charge under Section 376 I.P.C. alongwith Section 3/4 of POCSO Act have been framed on 27.10.2023 and the applicant is in jail since 02.12.2023
