Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) of I.P.C. and Sections 5J(ii)/6 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station - Sikandra, District - Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
