As informed by learned State Law Officer, notice to the informant has been served on 9.1.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 2. Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri J.K. Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) of I.P.C. and Sections 5J(ii)/6 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station - Sikandra, District - Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
