The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.305 of 2023, under Sections 302/34 IPC, Police Station Mawana, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 24.07.2023 against applicant and his father by his bhabhi and according to the FIR, on 24.07.2023 at about 10:40 in the morning some dispute arose between applicant, his father and his brother i.e. husband of the informant and on the exhortation of his father, he committed the murder of his brother i.e. husband of the informant by causing fire- arm injuries to him
