The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 336 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 117(2), 74 BNS, Police Station Babugarh, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 9.11.2024 against the applicant and three others and according to the FIR, on 9.11.2024 at about 12:15 pm, applicant and other accused persons made assault upon the father of the informant and when informant arrived at the place of incident then they also started dragging her and due to the assault made by them father of the informant sustained injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially, FIR of the present case was lodged under sections 110, 115(2), 117(2) and 74 BNS but after the death of the father of informant, case was converted under section 103 B
