Heard Sri Rajvendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, under Section 376 I.P.C., Police Station - Rehar, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about 35 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant is the brother- in-law (Nandoi) of the victim. He has been made an accused on account of his relationship with the husband of the victim. He was exonerated by the police and Section 376 IPC was deleted but subsequently, the final report (charge-sheet) was submitted under the said section also. 5
