The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 30.5.1994 passed by Special Judge (Dacoity Affected Area), Etah, in Special Sessions Trial No. 124-A of 1991. 3. As per the Office report dated 18.03.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah dated 28.02.2025, the sole appellant-Ram Das son of Tota Ram died on 8.7.2024. Statements of his wife, Munni Devi, son, Gopal Kumar, Corporator, Smt. Ratna, and Sub Inspector, Chadrasekhar Tripathi, have been recorded in this regard. 4. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated. 5. However, it is directed that record of present appeal shall remain connected with Criminal Appeal No.981 of 1994.
