Present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Ramesh Singh against impugned judgement and conviction order dated 07.02.2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.4, Gorakhpur in Sessions Trial No.122 of 2000 (State Versus Ramesh Singh) arising out of Case Crime No.520 of 1994 under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Barhalganj, District Gorakhpur, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo a rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- with default stipulation. 2. As per the Office report dated 04.03.2025, based on the report dated 04.01.2025 sent by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur, the sole appellant is dead. Gram Pradhan, Sangeeta Singh has appeared before Chief Judicial Magistrate and stated that the sole appellant, Ramesh Singh has died about three months back a
