Perused the office report dated 25.3.2025 and report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pilibhit dated 21.5.2024, according to which the sole appellant-Dharam Veer s/o Indrajeet died on 27.3.2022. Along with report of the CJM Pilibhit statements of Sri Varun Rana, Police Station Jahanabad, District Pilibhit, Sri Hari Ram, Parshad of Ward No. 3, Nagar Panchayat Jahanabad, District Pilibhit, Sri Tikaram and Sri Parmeshwari Dayal, real brothers of the appellant-Dharam Veer and death certificate issued by Government of U.P. have been annexed. 4.
